Delegates wishing to participate in the 40th ARC must register in advance, and are encouraged to register as soon as possible.

Regular registration fee includes:
- Attendance at the Business Programme, Opening Ceremony, Social and Cultural Evening, Closing Ceremony, and Race Day.
Note: Additional fees are required for the Regional Tour and for meals other than those provided at the abovementioned official events. - Shuttle bus services between Official Hotels and Conference Venues.
Partner Registration
- Delegates can register for an accompanying partner after completing the registration for themselves.
The Partner registration fee includes:
- Attendance at the Opening and Closing Ceremonies, Social and Cultural Evening and Race day for the accompanying guest.
- Three-day Partner Programme for the accompanying guest, with the full rundown and more details available closer to the Conference.
Mobile App for Participants
- After registration is completed, delegates will be provided with instructions by email to download the Conference app.
- The Conference app can be used to make reservations at the Official Hotels as well as to register for the Regional Tour.
Reservations at Official Hotels
- Delegates may make reservations at the Official Hotels by clicking on the relevant links provided in the registration confirmation email, or via the Conference app.
Delegates can register for an accompanying partner after completing the registration for themselves.
For group registrations, please provide the names and email addresses of the contact person and participants.

Cancellation Policies
All cancellations and amendments must be advised in writing to
contact@arcsapporo2024.com.
If you are no longer able to attend, a replacement delegate can be arranged at no charge by emailing
contact@arcsapporo2024.com.
If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund less an administration charge of JPY ¥50,000 will be made provided that the notification is received prior to 30 June 2024. Cancellations received after this time will receive no refund.
If the Conference is cancelled for any reason which is beyond the control of the Conference Organisers or due to the health and safety of delegates, the registration fee will be refunded in full.
In the event of pandemic-related cancellations or rescheduling, the Conference Organisers will liaise directly with the delegates in regards to any such changes or cancellation.
